The overall service was average. We felt that there could have been better transparency in the itinerary, as it was not always clear which costs were included and which were not. Additionally, the itinerary could have been planned more effectively to ensure a smoother experience. Unfortunately, the overseas travel partner was also not very cooperative, which added to the challenges during the trip. We hope these points will be considered for improvement in the future.
